Hotelier Rolf H. Wirth, maître Antonio and sommelière Laura are always on the look-out for Italian wines that combine high quality with reasonable prices. They have a particular fondness for indigenous Italian grape varieties that are relatively unknown and often underestimated – also in Italy. The dishes in the Ristorante Belisario and, during the warm summer months in the "Sopra i Pini" in the roof garden, are mouth-watering creations of our chef Umberto Forte who serves traditional Italian culinary art with a contemporary twist. These two very different restaurants have varied and regularly changing winter and summer menus in which, as throughout the hotel as a whole, tradition and modernity are harmoniously combined – and in which the respective season is deliciously reflected.
